Camp West daycamps provides quality, age appropriate care for all children between the ages of 3 years to 12 years of age; extended hours are available for working parents.
Each weeks camps no matter what the theme, include indoor, outdoor physical and creative activities.

Registration Information

Daycamp options are subject to minimum numbers and may be cancelled or combined due to insufficient numbers.

Limited space is available in Camp West options; please register early to avoid disappointment.

Before and after camp care

Before and After camp care is available to parents requiring early drop off and late pick up. Before camp care is available from 7:30 – 9:00 am; After camp care is available from 4:00 pm – 5:30 pm. Each block is $5.00/per child/per day, no prorates or refunds for withdrawals from before and after camp care.

Withdrawal/Transfer Policy

Refunds are issued for withdrawals from daycamps providing two weeks notice is provided. A $50.00 service charge will be applied to each camp withdrawal.
Refunds are issued for medical reasons; a doctor’s note is required, and the refund will be effective from the date of the doctor’s note. All medical notes must be presented before the last day of the camp the child is registered in to qualify for the refund.
Transfers are accepted providing a minimum of two weeks notice is given prior to the camp start date and a $ 10.00 service charge will be applied.

Daycamp Fees:

5 to 12 years (9am-4pm)

Full week, full day’s $150/wk

3 to 6 years (9am-12pm or 1pm-4pm)
All children attending Camp West must be toilet trained

Full week half days (am or pm – no mix and match) $85/wk
**Drop In Days Available: $35.00/day for School Age and $20.00/day for Preschool.
